The Dishman Hills Natural area off of Appleway is a really challenging hike. Lots of rocks and hills, areas where footing is questionable but the payoff is great. Wild flowers, pines and towering rock formations add to the beauty. You can get the view that allows you to see from Spokane almost to Idaho from the top north side.
Enjoying the paths, trails, roads and by-ways of the Inland Northwest by foot. Sharing where I've been through pictures and text so you can explore them yourself walking, jogging, bicycling or under whatever foot powered means you enjoy.
