Centennial Trail at Fort George Wright Drive
This section of the trail runs from Fort George Wright Dr just below Spokane Falls College and ends up at the Military Cemetery if you go all the way. There is a dirt path that runs along the edge of the river and a paved path that runs up along the ridge. The path that runs along the river comes to an abandoned house that all that's left is the stones and fireplace. It was really neat to see the young buck deer practicing their fighting skills in the forest next to the road.

Turnbull Wildlife refuge in winter 1/2019
Spent a couple of days in Turnbull in the last couple of weeks and had the pleasure of running into a Momma moose and her baby. Always fun to see! Not much bird activity as the water is mostly frozen.
