Went downtown to see the Hoopfest activities today. People, people, people! Playing ball, watching, eating and just enjoying being out in the good weather and wonderful spirit of the event. Ran into the Spokane Animal Liberation group, a group dedicated to animal rights. Vendors and other groups were also out and about.
Enjoying the paths, trails, roads and by-ways of the Inland Northwest by foot. Sharing where I've been through pictures and text so you can explore them yourself walking, jogging, bicycling or under whatever foot powered means you enjoy.

9 Mile Recreation Trail head & Spokane Bike Club
Went down to the 9 mile Recreation Trailhead off of Charles Road and walked the section of the Centennial trail out of there. Nice area with a boat launch, camping and picnic area and boat rental. Even a little store. The Spokane Bile Club came down the trail while I was there. Saw a momma duck and her nine babies and a Killdeer sitting on a nest in the rocks right next to the bathroom.

Downtown Spokane Terrain Bazaar 2019
Went walking through town on Sunday and ran into the Terrain Bazaar being held on Main Street. There were a lot of artists with booths setup, vendors selling their wares and people and there 4 footed kids enjoying the sights and sounds. Trigger the German Shepard got picked up by his dad and carried as 2 other big dogs were raising a ruckus and he got to excited. Jerome and his sidekick Ken were providing music on the drums and tambourine.
