Went walking up in the Mead area at the Hayne Estate Conservation area off of Shady Slope road today. While this isn't as large loop trail, only about 3/4 mile or so, you can add some distance and difficulty by going up the hill to the south to the fence and follow it to the end and then back down to the parking area. This property has very little river access but you can get down for a short distance. The rest of the landscape is heavily forested.
Enjoying the paths, trails, roads and by-ways of the Inland Northwest by foot. Sharing where I've been through pictures and text so you can explore them yourself walking, jogging, bicycling or under whatever foot powered means you enjoy.
