Wonderful time of year for this deep in the forest hike. The Iller Creek trailhead is reached by going into the Ponderosa Neighborhood and following Holman road until the end of it. This area is alot of up and down, around the side of the mountain. Wonderfully cool in the morning. There are a number of trails in varying degree's of difficulty and length. Hikers and Mountain Bikers alike really enjoy this area of trails.
Enjoying the paths, trails, roads and by-ways of the Inland Northwest by foot. Sharing where I've been through pictures and text so you can explore them yourself walking, jogging, bicycling or under whatever foot powered means you enjoy.
