Sunday walk through dowtown Spokane & Riverfront Park
So many people out today and many had their 4 legged babies out with them as well. A nice gentleman, Jerome, had a full drum set he was playing and a sign telling about a U-tube video they have about Spokane street musicians. Another busker was playing a guitar. The falls were getting everyone wet with its spray as the gates were full open. The seagulls and geese were fighting over bread. A little sunshine goes a long way! Ooggie the Great Dan and Duke the Shepherd had a nice greeting for each other and a couple of gorgeous Greyhound girls were walking with their people who are part of the local Greyhound rescue group. Spring has finally sprung, YAY! I made my first trip across the bridge in the University district today and the Garbage Goat in Riverfront Park is still enchanting kids as it did when I was little.

Columbia Plateau Trail Fishlake to Cheney-Spangle 4/10/2019
The trail between the Fish Lake trailhead and the Cheney-Spangle trailhead is flooded in quite a few areas. There are some large deep areas of flooding that is up to you ankles. Still beautiful, fresh and new but you are going to get your feet wet.

Iller Creek Conservation, Steven's Creek & mini Brahma calf
Up, up, up. The trail off of this trail head, off Stevens Creek Road off the Palouse Hwy is an upward march until you reach the top. Grand views, forest flowers, birds chirping and towering tree's are all around. I didn't see any critters, except "NIKE" the dog hiking with her person and some crows circling but saw poop and hoof prints so know they's been there. I stopped on the way home and took some pictures of the cutest, tiniest baby mini Brahma bull.

Antoine Peak Conservation area
Went walkin out of the east trailhead parking lot, Canfield Gulch Loop trail. Still alot of snow in places, icy and muddy where its melting. Some nice dry stretches where the sun can get in. Quite a few folks out enjoying the sunshine. Dozer, the Silky Terrier, gave me a nice greeting as he and his mother trotted up the trail.

Centennial Trail Sullivan to Barker Kayakers 3/24
It was a pretty day for walkin, even if I did get spritzed on a little. I saw the first buttercups of the spring, so its official. The marmots were whistling. People were out with their 4footed kids. Kayakers were out enjoying the rapids made by the spring run-off.

Tubbs Hill, Coeur d'alene fun in the Sun day
What a glorious day to be alive and out along Coeur d'alene lake, and the people and 4 legged people were out in force! Went out of the eastside parking lot for Tubbs hill and ran into Bower and his mom. They were out enjoying the sunshine and the still present snow. Got to play some frisbee with this 4 legged athlete. Continued on the trail along the edge of the lake and was was rewarded with some beautiful scenery. I had twisted my ankle earlier in the day so didn't go all the way around but drove into Coeur d'alene and parked to take in some more sights.
