For as long as I can remember Spokane's East Sprague has been a dark area of Spokane. The street that questionable activity happened on and you drove through with your windows up and quickly. That is changing with new life being pumped into the area just east of town. The University District Gateway Bridge has helped in cleaning up the area. Connecting the University District with the business on the other side of the tracks. A piece of functional sculpture its arch towers over the bridge beckoning all to explore the new beginning.
Enjoying the paths, trails, roads and by-ways of the Inland Northwest by foot. Sharing where I've been through pictures and text so you can explore them yourself walking, jogging, bicycling or under whatever foot powered means you enjoy.
